In the heart of Amsterdam tasting room the “Proefzolder” – Cheese Tasting by Henri Willig Kaasproeverij is situated. Here you experience the traditional cheese making process in an authentic cheese factory atmosphere. With the aid of our expert multilingual guides and a short film you will discover the traditional cheese making process. Meanwhile, you enjoy some of the finest cheeses in combination with mustard. The tasting is complete with a glass of wine and port or specialty beer from brewery Maallust.
The tasting includes 4 different kinds of Henri Willig cheese, mustard and a glass of red wine and a glass of port or two glasses of locally brewed specialty beer or two soft drinks. The tasting will take approximately 45 minutes and is daily at 16:00 hours and on Fridays and weekends also at 14:00 hours.
