SLA: Think salads are boring? Bet you haven’t visited SLA before! You can create your own salad or choose one of their delicious recipes from their menu. They truly create a feast of roasted, steamed and pealed vegetables brought to flavor with special spices. On top of that they only use unprocessed ingredients that are purchased sustainably.

Coffee & Coconuts: Good coffee, homemade cakes, fresh juices and food that’s prepared with mostly organic ingredients. Do we need to say more? They even have a separate list of superfood recipes on their menu.

Juice Brothers: The Juice Brothers create fresh juices daily from organic and fresh products. They use a cold press machine that helps to keep the healthy and essential nutrients of the produce. Doesn’t get healthier than this!

The Meets

The Meets: The Meets is a plant-based restaurant, café, juice & cocktail bar. They follow a 80/20 rule: 80% plant-based, 20% meat/fish/dairy. This makes it the perfect place to go if someone is a vegan and the other isn’t. It’s possible to add eggs, cheese, meat or fish to a dish if one would like.

PLUK: Pluk Amsterdam is a favorite hotspot located in the Negen Straatjes which makes it a good place to fuel back up during a shopping day. Their menu is filled with delicious sandwiches, bowls, salads, pancakes and other yummy dishes.
