Important information

• The City Card comes in digital form and works on smartphones through the App
• To use the city card, you will need to download the I amsterdam City Card App and register by using your unique CC code specified in your voucher
• Activate the card only when you are in Amsterdam and ready to use it
• Make sure to charge your smartphone to ensure you have access to it all day
• Some locations require a timeslot. Timeslots can be booked in advance (before activating your city card)
• Head to the “I amsterdam” Store if you need any help with the City Card App. Opening times: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday to Sunday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
